Fried bee hoon and roast beef

The 2 chunks of beef we bought earlier were sliced and made into roast beef. There was also bee hoon which was cooked by me. We had the above for lunch. I like the beef as it was cooked medium rare and it was juicy and tender.

Sweet sour prawns, natto and beef

Dinner for us was sweet sour prawns, natto and rice. The beef was from a supermarket. We had eaten this type of beef before and it was superb. It is an Australian wagyu beef and it can be costly if eaten in a restaurant. The 2 chunks of beef (about 920 gms) cost us S$52 but it is almost double the price in Singapore (if you can find it). We will be having the beef for lunch tomorrow.
