Fried bee hoon and roast beef

The 2 chunks of beef we bought earlier were sliced and made into roast beef. There was also bee hoon which was cooked by me. We had the above for lunch. I like the beef as it was cooked medium rare and it was juicy and tender.

Fried bee hoon in Japan

In Japan, it is difficult to find dry bee hoon (vermicelli) but fortunately we managed to find one particular supermarket that sells it.
I personally cooked the bee hoon and my wife and in-laws loved it.
I promised them there will be more to come.
