Sashimi, Kaisedon and Futomaki

Had the above from a supermarket for tonight's dinner. We were given a 50% discount as it was already 6 pm. All the items were prepared in the morning and they could not sell all of them so we were lucky to be there at the right time.
The total bill with a 10% consumption tax was S$8.

Soba & salmon roll

The topmost is a soba (buck wheat) dish which we prepared for our lunch. The soba is covered by veggies like onions, cucumber and tomatoes. We also add some wasabi, mint leaves and grated ginger in the soba sauce.
The last picture is the salmon roll which we bought from a supermarket.
The meal is almost oil free, delicious and healthy.

Japanese lunch at home

Ate assorted futomaki (top) and yaki soba + salad for lunch. Good stuff and enjoyed thoroughly.

Brunch with futomaki ....

Brunch for the day with a plateful of fresh garden salad, toast, miso soup and futomaki etc

I love Japanese food

The yaki soba pan was from Lawson. The futomaki and the rest was homemade. I never get tired of eating Japanese food!👀👌👏👍👌

Dinner at home, Japanese style

Having Tantanmen,Futomaki, Beef Tendon and Mixed Fruits Jelly for dinner last night. Btw, the Tantanmen is one of the best cup noodles I've eaten. It is spicy (Szechuan style) and a big cup is only S$1.10 from the supermarket (soaked 5 mins in boiling water)
