Nyonya curry paste

The fish,egg and vegetables curry is cooked using the curry paste from "Nyonya". The paste is available from Sheng Shiong and Little India's Mustafa.
It is one of the best curry pasted in town. You may cook curry with just "Nyonya" curry paste and add nothing else. Try it and do let me know.

Fish burger and fish head curry

Bought the yummy fish fillet burger from a supermarket (S$1.10) for brunch. The fish head curry was home cooked. Fresh fish heads which are cheap and good are easily obtainable from the supermarket. It cost a fraction of the Singapore fish heads.
