This tantanmen is superb considering a cup is only $1. It is spicy and the real tantanmen originates from the Chinese province of Szechuan.
How to cook it:
- Pour hot boiling water up to the water level mark indicated on the inside of the cup
- Cover the noodles and place the 3 pkts of ingredients/seasoning on top of the cover as to warm them
- After 4 minutes, remove the cover and add the 3 pks of ingredients
- Stir the noodles and the ingredients until they mix well
- The next step?.....of course enjoy the tantanmen!
