Over the last few days we had lots of fried bee hoon and fried Hokkien mee and it's sort of make us "gelat" a little. Therefore for tonight's dinner, we settled for a typical Japanese meal. It's porridge with salted salmon, tamagoyaki (egg), mentai (fish roe) etc.
I am quite flexible when comes to eating. I like Singapore food, Indian curries, Malay food, Western food, Japanese food etc. It makes my wife very happy because I love Japanese food. She has a friend whose husband is Australian and does not like Japanese food and it is quite problematic when it comes to eating.
